Academy at Botany Motor Inn advises that the following policies apply for all reservations:
Booking Policy
- There is no booking fee when booking via our website.
- All rates include GST & all taxes
- All payments for accommodation must be made in full on arrival, or arranged for alternatively.
- All reservations must be accompanied by either.
- Valid Credit Card or
- Advance Deposit
- A $20.00 charge applies for each additional person in the same unit & must be informed at reception
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations & no shows.
- Failure to provide Academy at Botany Motor Inn with 48 hours notice will automatically imply liability and therefore a charge not exceeding one night’s accommodation will be charged.
Check in / Check Out
- Check in is available from 2p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check out time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Early Check In and / or Late Check out are only at the discretion of the Manager or at a cost.
General Policies
- No Visitors are allowed in the rooms after 9p.m.
- Any damage or Loss in the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income due to non availability of the room.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms. We have a designated outdoor Smoking area.
- Any loss of income due to smoking in the room will be charged.
Privacy
We will record your information. This information will not be given out to any third party organization, and can be inspected and updated at any time.
